Shipping

Free US shipping

Free shipping on qualifying US orders $60+ (before tax/duties). Under $60, standard rates show at checkout. Qualifying orders exclude Chunky and Limited-time items — see below.

Chunky & Limited releases

Orders that include Chunky Slime or other Limited-time items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is charged at checkout no matter the order total.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in 2–3 business days. You’ll get tracking when it leaves us.

Packaging

We use discreet outer packaging — no loud exterior branding on the shipper box.

International

We ship where Shopify allows. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our free-shipping threshold.
